南京财经大学风雨网球场拱形屋顶工程

2017年8月20号的时候，杰达钢构的湖南胡达洋经理带领拱形屋顶施工小团队在南京财经大学完成了风雨网球场的工程施工。

本次施工的网球场拱形屋顶工程，下部结构为钢结构，上部结构为拱形波纹钢屋盖结构，由江苏杰达钢结构工程有限公司配合设计并完成施工。

如图所示，下部的钢构为无缝钢管的钢柱高度大概有8米，在钢柱的顶端安装了钢横梁，横梁的尺寸是300×200×8×12的，横梁上面密布了加筋板，我们使用M12的镀锌钢丝绳作为横拉减少拱形屋顶的张力，上部的拱形屋顶使用的是1.0mm厚的镀锌彩涂板。

下图是我们已经施工完成的网球场，拱形屋顶可以碰到蓝色的地面，照应着白色的顶非常的美观。

下图是我们杰达钢构生产的钢结，立柱刚刚进场吊装完，镀锌天沟还有序的堆放在地面上。

下图可以看到现场管理人员正在组织员工对H钢进行拼接。

下图是施工铭牌，可以看到这次施工的是位于南京栖霞区的风雨网球场改造工程。

我们的拱形屋顶刚吊装完毕，该拱形屋顶是两连跨的，跨度是18米，高为3.6米，可以看到现场的积水非常的深，但当我们的拱形屋顶安装完毕之后，施工人员可以正常在屋顶下方干活。
